Defective or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement of the same item.

  2. Provide Proof: To process your exchange quickly, you must include a clear photograph of the defect or the damaged area of the product.

Sizing & Fit

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes.

CrossFit and HYROX gear is personal. To ensure the perfect fit for your "Rep," we strongly encourage you to consult the Size Guide provided on each product page before finalizing your order.

Pro-Tip: Our Oversize T-Shirts are designed with a boxy, intentional fit. If you prefer a more traditional athletic silhouette, we recommend sizing down.


General Conditions

  • Claims for damaged goods must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to be eligible for a damage-related exchange.
